The Royal Health Group offers a variety of care options that are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, homelike environment for the memory impaired. Our programming encourages a feeling of comfort and safety through a structured, individualized lifestyle plan. With it comes a commitment to providing the best quality of life possible for our residents.
All Royal licensed staff members are personally trained to be “Certified Dementia Practitioners,” with C.N.A.s and H.H.A.s undergoing in-depth dementia training and given detailed background on each new resident prior to admission. The program features failure-free activities, family style dining, monthly support groups for families, short term rehab specifically designed for the memory impaired , assisted living, home care, and hospice services.
The “Royal Innovation: Alzheimer’s Care” program is directed by Maureen Bradley LPN CDP, one of the Commonwealth’s most respected Alzheimer’s care experts. Maureen brings 40 years of experience to her position, along with a commitment to providing the best quality of life possible for our residents.
“Instead of looking strictly at the disease, I look at the person. Everyone who struggles with dementia or Alzheimer’s is a person who raised a family – a person who lived and worked in the community before the onset of the disease. I try to keep that in mind always. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.” -Maureen Bradley
The Royal Innovation: “Alzheimer’s Care” program is proudly offered at our facilities in Braintree, Bourne, Fairhaven and Falmouth. The program is now also available in our assisted living in Harwich and at home through Royal at Home.
