An Important Message to our

Resident Families

The Royal Advantage

As you know, our facilities were the first in the State to restrict visitors. We enacted these measures days before the Federal Government announced restrictions.  We continue to look at ways to protect your loved ones and our employees.  We now know the infection can be spread by someone who is experiencing no symptoms. For this reason, we are requiring our direct care providers to wear masks and eye protection wear. According to the CDC, the application of these two items will reduce the risk of exposure to the residents and employees.  All other employees and providers will wear a mask during the day.    We acknowledge that the use of masks and eye protection may make you or your loved one nervous but please know we implemented this practice as a preventative measure only. We will continue with this practice as long as we can get supplies. We have been overwhelmed by the response regarding our request for supplies. While we have some supplies, they will not last for more than a few weeks so we ask you to continue to let us know if you find N95 or R95 masks as we continue to try to stay ahead
