Our property is located in the historic West End section of the city of New Bedford. Built in 1912 as the private residence of George Cherry of the Cherry and Webb company, Royal Taber Street Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is set amidst the history of whaling captains and great men of the sea. Complete nursing and rehabilitation services and individualized attention to all of our residents complement the luxurious surroundings.

- Rehabilitative and sub-acute care for a wide range of complex geriatric needs

- State-of-the-art equipment/modalities, including omnicycle, E-Stim, ultrasound, diathermy and V-Stim
- Dental, audiology, vision, podiatry, geri-pychiatric and hospice services
- Cardiology rounds weekly
- Nutritional counseling provided by a registered dietician
- Therapy programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident
