Our distinctive estate is situated on a bluff overlooking Megansett Harbor and we enjoy sweeping views of Buzzards Bay. For over 45 years, Royal Megansett Nursing & Retirement Home has been welcoming visitors and residents to share in this breathtaking location.

Royal Megansett Nursing & Retirement Home has comfortable and gracious accommodations for seventy-eight long-term care and nine retirement residents. Private, semi-private rooms and suites are available. We offer a restful, warm, homelike environment, which allows residents to relax and maintain their lifestyle, among friends and devoted caregivers.
We take great pride in the quality of our dining services. At Royal Megansett Nursing & Retirement Home, our menu is second to none. We offer an alternate selection daily, all served in "The Top of Megansett", our dining room. Our guests dine overlooking the beautiful waters of Buzzards Bay, and enjoying some of the best views on all of Cape Cod.
We have earned superb scores on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's annual evaluation for several years in a row. We are unsurpassed in terms of medical administration, cleanliness, patient privacy, food quality, and resident activities.
