The Royal Megansett has comfortable and gracious accommodations for seventy-eight long-term care and nine retirement residents. Private, semi-private rooms and suites are available. We offer a restful, warm, homelike environment, which allows residents to relax and maintain their lifestyle, among friends and devoted caregivers.
We take great pride in the quality of our dining services. At The Royal Megansett, our menu is second to none. We offer an alternate selection daily, all served in "The Top of Megansett", our dining room. Our guests dine overlooking the beautiful waters of Buzzards Bay, and enjoying some of the best views on all of Cape Cod.
