Welcome to Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, conveniently located on the south shore of Boston, Massachusetts. Our Braintree facility has undergone extensive renovation since being acquired by the Royal Health Group in 2008, and now offers an expanded program for our Alzheimer’s/dementia patients, “Royal Innovation: Alzheimer’s Care,” under the direction of Maureen Bradley, one of the industry’s leading experts, as well as a dedicated unit to our Russian population with culturally appropriate activities, entertainment and cuisine.
Royal Braintree’s Coordinated Care program ensures a constant flow of information to the doctors and family members of our orthopedic surgery patients at every step of their rehabilitation in our beautiful Terrace Unit. And Royal Braintree is the first skilled nursing facility in the area to offer high definition Telemedicine technology, which allows doctors to deliver basic “face to face” medical care in situations where residents don’t have immediate access to their physicians.
