Susan Jamieson, founder of Home With You, has enjoyed a distinguished career as a nurse practitioner and clinical specialist in the field of gerontology.  She has dedicated her life over the past 20 years to caring for seniors in a variety of settings, including hospitals, internal medicine offices, and acute rehabilitation and long term care facilities.

“We believe that giving Susan the access to our resources in nutrition, safety, diabetes, cardiac care, memory care, and activity enrichment will help our current and future clients thrive in whatever setting they choose,” said Royal Health Group CEO Jim Mamary of the new venture.

For Royal at Home, Susan Jamieson has assembled a multidisciplinary team of specialists who are trained and ready to provide the type of assistance that seniors want and need in their home, or on a supplemental basis when “home” is a nursing, assisted living or long term care facility.

The staff is required to participate in ongoing educational in-services covering a wide range of critical areas such as Alzheimer’s, nutrition, incontinence, ambulation, mobility, communication and, very importantly, subtle mental and physical changes that a senior may exhibit which can signal the early stages of a potentially serious decline in health.
